The Process in Detail

North Country NDT works with you and your business in a smooth and orderly fashion. The team at North Country NDT has been doing this type of testing for more than 25 years. We have the experience, technology and expertise to deliver high-quality inspections with all the data you need. A breakdown of our overall process from beginning to end looks like this:

1. Generally, code requires inspections every 3 to 5 years.  We track the history and notify you.
2. Project is reviewed and defined.
3. We submit our proposal.
4. Upon receipt of purchase order, project planning is enacted.
5. Project is implemented.
6. Project is invoiced.
7. Final reports are issued upon receipt of final payment.

We work with petro-chemical process facilities, paper mills, concrete plants, chemical & fuel storage facilities and product storage facilities – essentially any facility uses steel / fiberglas tanks or process vessels. Our tests cover a wide range of non-destructive procedures from boroscope examination in remote visual testing, to magnetic particle testing, to dye penetrant testing to ultrasonic thickness measurement. In the 25 years our team has been together we are proud to say we have never had one recordable incident and our clients have never issued a single violation.
